METRO SOUTH SCRATCH MATCH REQUEST FORM

Both participating teams in all scratch matches played are required to supply a Team Sheet, with all player’s names and their jumper numbers on including names of all team officials and support staff must be presented to the officiating umpires prior to the commencement of the game.

SCRATCH MATCH REQUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE.
